This was a quasi-spontaneous jam with guitarist Scott Burnett. We started out with a drum loop and then he and I improvised on piano and guitar, enjoying the interplay that happens when old friends make music together. I added the bass and synths later, and Scott added a guitar strumming part.

Many times it is challenging to come up with a title for instrumental music, but this music always makes me think of driving along a coast highway with the convertable top down, surrounded by the sun, the warmth, the breeze, and a view of the ocean.
